Water Leaks

If you are in Houston city limits, call (713) 837-0600 to temporarily cut off your water. After that, call us to remedy the cause of the leak.

Gas Leaks

In the event that you suspect you may have a gas leak, call CenterPoint Energy® at (713) 659-2111 for an emergency cut off. They will turn off your gas, and remove your meter until you have a city inspection. All maintenance disconnects requires a city inspection before services can be resumed. Please note that CenterPoint will not repair any gas leaks. Call CenterPoint Energy only if necessary, then contact us to perform the repair and inspection.
